Thank you for sharing these compelling excerpts from the public testimony as well as for linking to my letter to the OHA :-)
”OHA last week doubled down on indoor masking by making the rule permanent.” — So, is it official now? I have been getting conflicting info on this so am unclear where it stands.
I am beyond thrilled to hear Kate Brownshirt is barred from running again. I don’t know if I can bear another year of her, but it’s nice to know there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
Have you heard of Marc Thiel (https://marcfororegon.com/), BTW? One of my readers just let me know about him yesterday and says he’s anti-tyranny/-mandate/-injection and pro-freedom/-rights/–free speech.

He is speaking in Keizer Wednesday night. Details on his web site.
OHA is making masks permanent in schools supposedly starting today (https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/ORDHS/bulletins/3082128). They are still thinking about the general mask rule which expires Feb. 8.
Oh no. That is horrible. I hope every possible person can pull their kids out of school.
My suspicion is the schools were beyond hope due to the astronomical bribes school boards (https://www.bitchute.com/video/WVlMdnQg2Yzw/) are receiving.
Perhaps there’s hope for the general mask rule in the meantime.
No doubt they will face the Court of Appeals, regardless.
I thought by Oregon law “mandates” had a time limitation. Has that be rewritten by Commandant Brown?
They do. That's why they opted to create a permanent Administrative Rule.
